After 7 months, my D7 came through this week. Happy to answer anything - income proof, the AIMA interview, apostilles from Nigeria, whatever helps.

Quick stats: applied in November, biometrics in March, approval this week.

Congrats! How did you handle the proof of income - savings or monthly remote salary?

Both, but the strongest piece was 12 months of bank statements showing a steady remote salary above the threshold, plus 6 months of savings as a buffer. Translate and apostille everything early - that was my slowest step.
